EPC SCARLET: EUDI Wallet SCA Acceptance and the eIDAS 2 Clock
On 24 September 2026 the Board of the European Payments Council (EPC) approved the start of development of EPC SCARLET, the Strong Customer Authentication Acceptance Rulebook and Liability Framework for EUDIW Transactions.
