RRD Weekly: 26 October to 1 November 2026

MMF liquidity, BCL returns, EU Taxonomy advice

Editor’s note

The week combined Luxembourg guidance on money market fund liquidity and BCL custody reporting with the ESAs' EU Taxonomy advice and US proposals on deposit insurance and Call Reports. Luxembourg fund managers and reporting banks face the most immediate work, since the CSSF levels are final and the BCL returns apply monthly.
